Sequoia Support Services provides individualized, community-based and residential supports for children, youth, and adults with diverse needs across British Columbia. The organization delivers both government-funded and private services focused on promoting independence, stability, and overall well-being.

Using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, Sequoia supports individuals in developing life skills, accessing community resources, and building meaningful connections to their culture and identity. Services are tailored to each individual and delivered in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Sequoia also offers private training through the Mandt System®, equipping staff and organizations with practical, relationship-based strategies for de-escalation, safety, and respectful behavioural support.
