Sequoia Support Services offers certified training in the Mandt System®, a relationship-based approach to safety and crisis prevention. This training equips staff and organizations with practical skills in de-escalation, communication, and trauma-informed behavioural support. Grounded in dignity, respect, and least-restrictive practices, Mandt training helps teams build safer environments while strengthening their ability to respond effectively to challenging situations.

Sequoia Support Services provides staffed residential care for youth in partnership with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Our homes offer safe, structured, and supportive environments where youth can build stability, develop life skills, and work toward their personal goals.

Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, our team supports youth with daily living, education, emotional regulation, and community connection. We work collaboratively with MCFD, families, and each youth’s circle of care to ensure consistent, individualized support that promotes long-term success and well-being.
